Singing with Emotion

Simon blushed, looking away. Dream on, Simon.

Chelsea sang with emotion, a lot of it.

Simon sighed inwardly.

Chelsea hoped that Simon wasn't angry at her anymore.

Simon had never been angry.

It had seemed that way to her, she couldn't think of any other reason why he had shouted at her.

simon was internally conflicted.

Whatever the reason he had shouted at her, Chelsea hoped that he wouldn't again and that he was alright now.

Simon wasn't okay.

Chelsea's eyes flickered open at the chorus, going to Simon and watching him.

Simon was just playing.

Chelsea still watched him, and more emotion came into her voice.

Simon was looking at his hands.

Chelsea closed her eyes again.

Simon closed his eyes.
